Natural Wellness Skincare Tips for Teenagers

Eat Well, Avoid Sun Exposure
Refined sugars and processed foods fuel inflammation. Skin needs fresh, healthy food, just as our other organs do. Forego the soft drinks and replenish them with a nice cool drink of water.
When going outside, apply an SPF 30 or higher sunscreen year-round to protect your skin from damage now and later in life. By eating well and exercising, teenagers can improve and protect their skin naturally.
